We are a full service heating and air conditioning contractor. We offer both residential and commercial service and products. We offer sales and repair services..
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started with propane delivery company and realized a need for a repair company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated. Our mission is to provide high quality service at a reasonable price and we will stand behind our work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in downtown Bloomington. We are located at 318 North Rogers Street on the corner of 8th and Rogers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check and Mastercard, Visa and Discover Cards.
Which areas do you service?
All of Monroe county and the edges of the surrounding counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company was started by Charles and Sharon Keller and is now being run by their son Greg and his wife,Teresa.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm but our phones are answered 24 hours a day. We offer after hours emergency service as well.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Keller Heating and Air Conditioning was here on time and performed their work efficiently and professionally. I will definitely call them again for my HVAC needs.
